  The above factors are the main causes for the manifestation of local irritations, but often obstruct the normal skin breathing process and keep the eventual organic residuals (urine, feces, biological fluids) in contact with skin, causing a subsequent hyper-perspiration.  In these conditions, skin is constantly wet, thus more flabby, soft, and easily torn and as a result little sores or ulcers can appear. KEY INGREDIENTS

• Zinc Oxide
  In addition to showing an effective astringent action, it’s well-known for its particular soothing, anti-reddening and protective properties. Coupled with Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, it forms a very effective physical barrier which protects skin from the external assaults.

• Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate
  It’s a modified corn amid, which appears as impalpable dust, characterized by a very low absorption of water. Particularly suitable in the treatment of seborrheic skins for its ability in absorbing the sebum in excess, it eliminates the bothersome sensation of skin oiliness. After its application, skin will be velvety and soft.

• Lanolin
  Provides skin protection with water-repellent properties.  Soothes skin.

• Allantoin (Hypoallergenic)
  Provides a healing environment for skin. Moisturizing and soothes irritated skins.

• Chamomile and Sweet Oil
  Apart from acting as a natural skin insulator, they have a softening, sebum-restoring action.

• Rice Bran Oil (Oryza Sativa) and Gamma Oryzanol
  High content in gamma- oryzanol provides a natural skin protection.
  Action includes natural regeneration and equilibrium of phospholipids, which assure skin softness and elasticity. Due to its skin diffusion and ability to permeate the dry skin, it acts as a sebum-restorer and tends to stabilize the superficial hydro-lipidic film.

  Rice Bran Oil also joins the cellular regenerative processes and enriches the cellular membrane of fibroblasts with phospholipids that contributes to skin softness and elasticity.

• Phytosome of Glycyrrhetinic Acid
  Active principle contained in a soy bilayer, prevents and treats redness and mitigates the inflammatory states caused by external harmful factors.  It takes part in the tissue restoring processes through an effective cicatrizing effect (See data below).

• Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E)
  A physiological anti-oxidant that stabilizes the structure of the cellular film and capture or prevent the formation of free radicals.  It acts as a protector of lipids and of lipoproteins, and helps maintain the good water balance of the skin.

ADMINISTRATION

• Apply a suitable amount of product on the concerned areas, once or several times a day, with a gentle massage or plugging with fingertips until complete absorption.
• Use Alkagin Paste after careful cleansing of the area with the use of a delicate detergent, such as Alkagin Cleanser.
• Repeat the treatment at every napkins or underwear change.
